U.S. Specialty Insurance, an HCC company, has appointed SCA as its Exclusive National Managing General Agent for Bail surety products in the United States. “We are proud to represent U.S. Specialty and are now able to underwrite surety bail in virtually every state.” announced SCA Founder Russell Faibisch.

SCA has been the National Managing General Agent got American Reliable Insurance and American Bankers Insurance for 25 years. “We are continuing our long standing relationship with American Reliable and American Bankers,” says Faibisch. The addition of USSIC to SCA’s represented companies allows expansion into markets where American Reliable and American Bankers do not write surety bail.

It will be a few months before SCA is ready to offer the USSIC product in additional states due to the time it takes to obtain rate and form approvals. That should go quickly since USSIC is already licensed to offer surety products in every state.

SCA plans to add more technical staff to offer better agent support through the internet. “In order to expand, we need to embrace current technology and provide a web based platform for our agents,” according to Charlie Faibisch, President of SCA. “The addition of U.S. Specialty gives us the momentum to accomplish the technical improvements we have envisioned for some time.”
