encumbrances of real property within most Counties in Florida. Through NSS’s contract
with Ultimate Data Research, Inc. and Attorneys’ Title Information Data Systems
(ATIDS), Ownership & Encumbrance reports are provided and interpreted free of cost to
agents of National Surety Services as a tool to assist in the underwriting of bail bonds.
